Free Family Fun Day to Explore Mental Health Research
Families are invited to a free Family Fun Day on Thursday 6 August 2026 at the African Caribbean Centre, Leicester, hosted by MindTech's NIHR HealthTech Research Centre for Mental Health in collaboration with the Centre for Ethnic Health Research.
This free, family-friendly open day is a chance to meet mental health researchers, learn how research helps improve care and discover ways to get involved. Visitors can enjoy hands-on creative activities, experience technologies used to support mental health, including VR, share their views and experiences, and enjoy free food.
