Pupils at Collegiate School in Bristol recently wowed audiences with We Will Rock You

Playing to sold-out audiences for three consecutive nights in their very own Harry Crook Theatre, the cast put on an incredible performance of the Queen-based musical that will live long in the memory. Telling the story of a dystopian world set 300 years in the future,

Nathan H as Galileo Figaro and Sienna P as Scaramouche led the talented ensemble aiming to save the world, ably supported by Commander Khashoggi (Edward P), Killer Queen (Ruby C), and Buddy (Eleanor B), as well as the Teen Queens, Ga Ga Kids, Super Yuppies and the Bohemian Rebels, led by Tara A and Leo F.

The students were involved in every aspect of the show. Collegiate believes that everyone should have the opportunity to find their creative side and all of the students benefit from the exceptional creative spaces – from the dedicated art studios and music technology classroom, to the design technology workshop and fully-equipped theatre, there is something for everyone.

Collegiate School, situated in Stapleton, Bristol, is a thriving co-educational day school for pupils aged 3 to 18. There are approximately 800 pupils (230 in the Prep School). In 2019, the ISI rated Collegiate School as ‘excellent’ in all areas, highlighting its unique culture as well as the less easy-to-measure elements, which combine to make the school so special.
