Terms & Conditions – Win a Trip to Santa’s Lapland in our 2027 Prize Draw
The Promoter is Primary Times Limited, 6 Swan Court, Forder Way, Hampton, Peterborough, PE7 8GX
1. The prize includes a three-day, two-night Santa’s Magic trip for two adults and two children aged 2-12 years to Lapland (Saariselkä) in Finland in November 2027 or December 2027 (children under two years of age are not recommended to travel).
2. The prize includes half-board accommodation in a Type A room (or the closest available alternative room type) at Santa’s Hotel Tunturi, with transfers and return economy flights from one of our regional airports in the UK: Gatwick, Luton, Stansted, Bournemouth, Bristol, Cardiff, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds Bradford, Liverpool, Newcastle, Glasgow, Edinburgh, or East Midlands (subject to availability).
3. The trip will include a Search for Santa Day, including a private family meeting with Santa, husky sledding and a reindeer sleigh ride.
4. The trip must be taken between 26th November 2027 and 24th December 2027 inclusive, on your preferred dates, subject to availability.
5. The trip prize can be redeemed on one booking only. It cannot be split across separate bookings.
6. The prize is as stated. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is non-transferable and is subject to availability.
7. Optional extra activities or extra passengers can be added onto the booking at your own cost, subject to availability.
8. UK travel to/from your departure airport is not included. Any costs for travel to and from the airport in the UK (including flights booked independently of the prize package, i.e. to join the flight to Lapland from the UK), travel insurance, parking, food and drink outside of the hotel meal plan, spending money and any other incidental travel expenses are not included in the prize.
9. Events may occur that render the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Santa’s Lapland.
10. Santa's Lapland reserves the right, where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, to amend the travel dates or substitute the prize with a reasonable equivalent.

12. This prize draw is not open to Primary Times or Santa’s Lapland employees and their families, including close friends, partners or relatives of employees, or employees of other Dertour UK companies and those associated with the operation or promotion of the prize draw. Any such entries will be deemed invalid.
13. Bulk, automated or third-party entries will be disqualified. Only one entry per person is permitted.
14. There will be one winner, who will receive the entire prize bundle.

16. This prize draw is available to UK residents aged 18 or over only. The Promoter reserves the right to request reasonable proof of eligibility, including proof of UK residency, before awarding the prize. If the selected entrant is unable to demonstrate that they meet the eligibility requirements, they may be disqualified and another winner selected at random.
17. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter this prize draw.
18. The Promoter will make available information indicating that a valid award took place, ordinarily the winner’s surname and county. The winner may object to this information being published or request that the amount of information published is reduced. The Promoter may nevertheless be required to provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority if challenged.
19. The promotional period commences on 28 September 2026 and closes at 23:59 (GMT) on 28th November 2026 (the Closing Date).
20. All valid entries which meet the eligibility criteria set out above and are received by the Closing Date will be entered into the prize draw. The winner will be selected at random using a random number generator.
21. The winner will be notified by email on 1 December 2026, using the contact details provided with the prize draw entry.
22. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to confirm acceptance of the prize.
23. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the selected winner. If the selected winner does not respond within the stated period, declines the prize or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select another winner at random.
24. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults.
Data protection
Entrants’ data will be stored securely and retained for no longer than 3 months after the prize draw ends, after which it will be securely deleted unless otherwise agreed or required by law. Data will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for the administration of the prize draw or unless the entrant has opted in to receive communications from Santa’s Lapland or other specified partners. All entrants have the right to access, rectify or erase their personal data, as well as the right to restrict or object to processing. Any such requests should be made in writing to Primary Times.
