Stress Awareness Month – Free PSHE Resources

April is Stress Awareness Month, and with Mental Health Awareness Week beginning on 11 May, Premier League Primary Stars offers a suite of PSHE resources to help support pupils’ wellbeing, including:

Wellbeing Stars

Encourage meaningful discussions about mental wellbeing and the impact of physical activity. Pupils can use the resources to plan their own Wellbeing Week and make personal pledges to support their mental health.

Building Self-Esteem

This Building Self-Esteem resource helps pupils explore the concept of self‑esteem and develop strategies to strengthen it - from embracing mistakes to practising positive self‑talk.

“Self-esteem is becoming quite a problem in primary school, so having a resource linked to the Premier League and everything that this represents acts as an excellent starting point to engage pupils.”

- KS2 PSHE teacher

Self Esteem

This Self-Esteem flexible pack that supports pupils to recognise their own and others’ strengths, skills and goals. Activities can be delivered as a standalone workshop or woven into lessons throughout the year.
