Most parents have seen their children come out of their rooms dressed in a bizarre outfit believing they look fantastic and are ready for a day at nursery or school. Most have then also had to quickly get their kids changed into something a bit more appropriate…
So, a new poll that shows almost one in ten parents would let their children dress them for work may come as a surprise! On top of this, a further one in ten say they would definitely be open to letting their little ones choose their outfit for work – despite 50% saying they currently wear corporate/smart attire.
So to put this to the test, parents of some of the stars of TV show Gogglesprogs, gave their kids a free pass to go crazy and dress them in whatever they wanted for the day.
And come Friday the 29th charity Oxfam will be hoping millions of parents also take up the challenge for their Dressed by the Kids Day which will call on the nation to let their children choose their wardrobe for the day as they look to raise £500,000 to fight against poverty.
