Entertainment One’s Brand New Animated Superhero Show for Preschoolers Debuts on Disney Junior at 6.00pm on Wednesday 24th February
It’s time to be a hero! This February will see the launch of PJ Masks, a brand new superhero show for preschoolers that is guaranteed to delight young viewers with its adventurous stories, heroic characters and colourful animation. Tune in to Disney Junior at 6.00pm on Wednesday 24th February to see the first ever episode of the new CGI animated series.
Brought to you by Entertainment One (eOne), the company behind the international preschool sensation Peppa Pig, PJ Masks follows the exciting adventures of Connor, Amaya and Greg. They attend school like everyone else but when something goes awry in the city, filled with curiosity and a sense of justice, they get ready for their mission.
As day turns to night, the heroes put their pyjamas on and activate their animal amulets. They magically transform into their dynamic superhero alter egos: Catboy, Owlette and Gekko and become the fantastic PJ Masks team. Catboy is super-fast and agile, Gekko is super strong and can scale walls while Owlette has the ability to fly and see great distances. Together, the trio embark on action packed adventures, solving mysteries while learning valuable lessons along the way.
In the U.S., PJ Masks is already proving to be a huge hit with both parents and kids since its launch last September with the premiere episode attracting 1.6 million viewers!

- “Blame it on the Train, Owlette” – When the new Fairground Flyer Train goes missing from the fair, Owlette is determined to get it back quickly. But if she’s going to defeat Romeo’s new super train, she’ll need to learn that a little patience goes a long way.
- “Catboy’s Cloudy Crisis” – Luna Girl plans to ruin summer games for all the daytime kids, so she uses her Luna Magnet to fill the sky with dark, rainy clouds. If Catboy wants to save the summer, he’ll have to get over his fear of water first.
The superhero show for preschoolers is designed to open a world of imaginative play and will delight both boys and girls with its fantasy and adventure storylines. It provides a safe and age appropriate entry point to a world of superheroes and parents will appreciate PJ Masks’ emphasis on the importance of teamwork and promotion of creative problem solving.
Based on French author Romuald Racioppo’s striking picture book series, PJ Masks is produced by eOne and Frog Box in collaboration with the award-winning French animation studio TeamTO, and with Disney Junior and France 5.
