Tubers Academy – Summer Activities 2026
Tubers Academy offers creative digital media training for young people across the UK. Through face-to-face clubs and academies as well as online training, we help young people discover their creative potential. This summer, we're offering two fantastic ways to get involved.
Our Holiday Clubs run Wednesday to Friday throughout the summer in Exeter, Torquay and Taunton. Each three-day club is packed with video production, group challenges, and social gaming. It's lively, creative, and genuinely fun. Members work together as a production crew, use professional studio equipment, and leave with real memories and new friendships.
Our brand-new Summer Courses are perfect for young people who want to go deeper. Running one day a week for five weeks, students can choose from Video Editing, Game Design, Digital Art, or Digital Music, with each course leading to a nationally recognised AQA Unit Award Scheme certification. A brilliant way to build real skills over the summer holidays.

Learn Devon has launched a new programme of adult education courses, with around 200 opportunities to help people develop skills for work and progress in their careers.
The programme includes courses in English, Maths, Digital Skills, ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages), and Skills and Development, all helping learners to gain qualifications and build confidence for employment.

Currently you can step back in time and ride on the line from Woody Bay Station to Killington Lane, a two-mile round trip over a glorious part of Exmoor through rolling countryside, with views of wild moorland, the Bristol channel and into Wales on a clear day.
Take a break from the excitement of steam and visit their cosy Tea Room. Serving a selection
of hot/cold drinks, hot pasties, sausage rolls, local sandwiches, cakes and Devon cream
teas.
Their Station Shop is well stocked with a range of bespoke souvenirs, toys, clothing and books.

Honiton Show
The Honiton Show is planning for a great celebration of rural life and entertainment on Thursday 6th August with an array of entertainment and are delighted to announce one of two fabulous headline acts; The Kangaroo Kid, the UK’s most iconic ATV Stunt Show. Joseph’s Amazing Camels will also be returning.
