There have been a lot of changes in how libraries are currently operating their services in response to the ongoing pandemic. Many locations have now reopened albeit with changes to opening hours, facilities and with social distancing guidelines in place.

90% of libraries across the Devon local authority area have reopened at the time of writing with a range of services. Totnes and Topsham and offering Choose and Collect only at this time and Salcombe and Chulmleigh are still closed.
You will find that they are likely to be operating different open times than they have done previously and that social distancing measures will be in place. As usual, there are still a number of online services available including e-books, audiobooks, magazines and reference subscriptions.
