A brand new indoor family attraction
Aiming to ‘engage minds through motorsport’ will open in Northamptonshire on 25 October, just in time for the half term holidays. The Silverstone Experience is an immersive 2.5 hour journey through the past, present and future of British motor sport and the history of the famous racing circuit.
Visitors will discover everything from medieval monks to WW2 Wellington Bombers and the design and engineering principles that underpin racing cars and motorcycles. Children will love the hands-on activities and will be able to climb into a replica grand prix car, practice their skills as an RAF pilot and try commentating on a race. They’ll also be able to get up close to winning Formula 1 cars.
Family tickets are available for just £57 when booked in advance for two adults and two children, with opening hours from 10:00 to 18:00, 364 days a year.
