All Weather Wildlife
Green Dragon’s Wildlife Zone has just welcomed Thunder, a new raven rehomed from a wildlife park that was closing down, to join their existing ravens. The Wildlife Zone’s Flying Displays and Bird Encounters are really popular, especially now that visitors can enjoy the experience undercover in the new all – weather display area. This huge space is ideal for exercising the young birds of prey in the early stages of their development and accommodating large groups of visitors and schools.
With Christmas round the corner, the Green Dragon ‘Ranger for a Day’ experience would make an amazing gift for 10 to 17 year olds, where rangers learn how to handle and care for the animals, including the birds of prey.
