A Fab Night Out for All the Family with MK Lightning
Milton Keynes Lightning is an Ice Hockey team who play a fast, exciting sport which is a great family night out for all ages. There’s cheering, clapping, laughing and singing, not to mention the world's fastest team sport right on the ice in front of you. Adults and kids love the amazing atmosphere from our friendly fans.
Games take place over 3 x 20 min periods, so there are two intervals where you can stretch your legs, grab a snack or enjoy the entertainment. The family fun has chances to win prizes and we've even got our own dancing Polar Bear called Pucky who is always up for a high five!
Matches are played most Saturdays and some Sundays at Planet Ice Milton Keynes. It takes place indoors, so it will never be rained off and you’ll always be comfortable (but wrap up warm as it is an ice rink!). We offer family tickets as well as special group discounts which can also include pre-game food so why not get a group of friends, a class or your whole school along!
