Salisbury District Hospital Open Day
Salisbury District Hospital invites the community to discover what life at the hospital is really like.
Visitors will gain an insight into their local hospital with a behind-the-scenes look at departments through demonstrations, activities and displays. Last year’s event featured a popular toy hospital and a meet-and-greet with therapy pets. Guests could get hands-on with hi-tech lifelike simulation manikins and test their ‘surgical’ skills in an operating theatre. The ‘fracture clinic’ was also open for children and adults.
The Open Day promises a fascinating experience for all ages and will run 10am to 3pm on Saturday 16th May. View the full programme on their website. Free public parking.
