On Saturday 15 June, 10am – 1pm, The London School of Economics and Political Science is opening our university campus to curious minds of all ages! Join us on campus in central London, minutes from Holborn tube station, for a day of imaginative play with free, fun and educational activities for children.
Activities include:
• Creative campaigning with LSE Library – design and make artwork on leaflets, posters and tote bags to express the issues that matter to you!
• Brick by brick: crafting communities with data science and the LEGO Group - get ready to unleash your imagination as you embark on a mission to construct your very own dream neighbourhood!
• Create your own cake business with Rebel Cakes – what goes into a business? Decorate cakes, design a logo and marketing poster, and set up a stall to sell your cakes!
Every year, The London School of Economics and Political Science plays host to the LSE Festival, a week-long festival of ideas and discussion open to the public, with experts from academia and beyond. LSE Festival Family Day is an opportunity for everyone to get involved to share our mission “to know the causes of things”.
