Hopefields School and The Montana Project

At Hopefields School, Middlebrough, we believe that any child can be transformational and succeed. As a small secondary school with only 40 students, Hopefields provide a knowledge-rich education that is focused on relationships, personal development and aiming for the highest educational attainment possible.

Hopefields has a unique and individualised approach to education for young people aged 11-16 who have an Education, Health and Care plan, alongside an animal learning offer based at our purpose-built farm location.

The Montana Project, part of Hopefields School, encompasses learning, therapeutic practices and forest school sessions available to all ages. Whether children have been out of education for any length of time, or your child is home educated, The Montana Project has something to offer relating to embracing a love of animals and the outdoors.
