Join us for a day of celebrations as Darlington Library hosts a 140th birthday party. The day will include a special Bookstart Rhymetime 10.30am-11.30am, ceremonial speeches, poetry reading, cake cutting and Afternoon Tea Dance with performances from the Lipsticks.
