Sutton High School GDST was named London Independent School of the Year at the Independent Schools of the Year Awards 2025, recognising a community where girls thrive academically and personally. This accolade follows the school’s rare ISI judgement of 'Significant Strength', reflecting exceptional teaching, individual attention and a culture that champions the individual.
Academic outcomes are consistently impressive. At A Level, 91% of students secured their first‑choice university, 86% achieved A-B, and 57% of grades were A or A*, double the national average. At GCSE, 25.6% of all grades were 9 (around five times the national average), 47.4% were 9-8, and 68% were 9-7.
