Festive Magic Returns to Wimbledon Quarter this Winter with Ice Rink, Santa’s Grotto and Christmas Markets

Wimbledon Quarter is set to sparkle once again this festive season with the much loved real-ice skating rink set to return for its third year, bringing seasonal cheer and family fun to the heart of SW19.

From Saturday 22nd November 2025 to Sunday 4th January 2026, visitors can glide across the ice in a magical winter wonderland of twinkling lights and Christmas trees.  The rink is located inside Wimbledon Quarter, offering a weatherproof festive experience come rain or shine.

Alongside the rink, visitors can browse Christmas market stalls whilst picking up gifts from shops at Wimbledon Quarter, such as Oliver Bonas, Hotel Chocolat, Pandora, The Body Shop, WH Smith & H&M. There will also be plenty of seasonal food and drink on offer too, from favourites including 601 Queen’s Road, Costa and The Fire Station Café – plus many more.

Tickets are on sale now via the Wimbledon Quarter website, starting at £13.50 for adults and £10.50 for children.

The rink also offers skate aids for children, SEN-friendly sessions with reduced lighting and sound and complimentary carers’ tickets. Discounts are available for local businesses, schools and charity organisations.

As in previous years, visitors can also choose to add a donation in support of St George's Hospital as part of their ‘Time for a Change’ appeal, as Wimbledon Quarter proudly continues its support for this very special cause. Donations will go towards supporting 4,000 children, young people and their families by transforming Nicholls and Pinckney wards.

Adding to the excitement is a Santa’s Grotto, opening from Saturday 29th November 2025 and operating until Christmas Eve, giving children the chance to meet Father Christmas in his festive hideaway. Tickets are priced at £8.50 per child which includes a small gift.
