The Where’s Wally? Fun Run is a race like no other. Dress up as beloved fictional character Where’s Wally and see if you can be spotted amongst a sea of other Wallys running around Battersea Park on Sunday 24 March 2024. Fun for all the family (including furry friends!) or for serious runners looking for a not-so-serious race experience, the Where’s Wally? Fun Run is a great way to support the vital work of the National Literacy Trust.
With the vital funds you raise, we can empower children who are facing the biggest disadvantages in life, with the literacy skills they need to help them shape their future. Over a quarter of children left primary school this year without being able to read well, which can have a huge knock-on effect for the rest of their lives, from success at school to even navigating every day life, as well as impacting their confidence and self-esteem. But we believe that literacy is for everyone, and there are no limits, no lost causes, no last chances.
Registered ‘Wallys’ will receive their free costume to blend in with the sea of Wallys at the Fun Run, including the iconic glasses and bobble hat, as well as a Where’s Wally? book for all participating children. Every runner will also receive a unique, themed medal on completion of the race - whether you're running the 10k, 5k or the 2.5km challenge for kids and families.
