A summer of creative adventures at Hastings Contemporary
Set right on the seafront in Hastings Old Town, the gallery is hosting a series of Summer Family Days packed with hands-on activities.
Every Thursday during the school holidays, families are invited to explore the exhibitions and discover art trails, crafting stations, drawing prompts and an artist-led workshop.
With a different theme each week, children can experiment with printing, painting, collage, sculpture, and more. There’s plenty to enjoy for all ages, whether you stay for an hour or make a day of it.
Activities are free with gallery admission and under 18s go free. No need to book.
Dates: Thursdays from 23rd July – 27th August 2026, 11am–4pm.
