New programme of theatre, live entertainment, cinema, craft, community events and more for the new year and beyond
Farnham Maltings welcomes the new year with a Spring 2026 programme full of joyful and active experiences for all ages. The season brings together theatre, live music, comedy, cinema, craft fairs and workshops, encouraging people to take part, be creative and enjoy time together. Highlights include theatre shows such as All For Your Delight and Blubber, stand-up from Marcus Brigstocke, folk favourites Megson, big screen events including NT Live: Hamlet, and two popular craft festivals, Quilters’ Fair in January and unravel… a Festival of Yarn in February. Alongside markets, half-term activities and a wide range of creative courses, the Spring season shows the breadth of new work at Farnham Maltings and its place at the heart of the local community.
Baby Broadway - A stage show designed for very young audiences on Friday 30 January.
The Jane Austen Fan Club - A night of performance celebrating Jane Austen on Saturday 31 January.
All For Your Delight - An energetic variety theatre show, produced by Farnham Maltings with music by double Olivier Award winning composer Darren Clark on Saturday 28 February.

The Other Library – An interactive exhibition spotlighting stories made by artists with disabilities from Tuesday 17 February

CRAFT, MAKERS AND FESTIVALS
Quilters’ Fair - A one-day marketplace celebrating quilting with exhibitors offering fabrics, haberdashery and more on Sunday 11 January. Local quilting groups will display work and Farnham Young Quilters will run creative sessions for under 16s.
unravel… a Festival of Yarn
The South East’s largest yarn festival runs from Friday 13 to Sunday 15 February. Visitors can explore a curated marketplace of hand-dyed yarns, indie patterns and maker tools, attend talks, book workshops and enjoy social stitching events throughout the weekend.
Maltings Monthly Market
Family-friendly craft and makers’ market on the first Saturday of each month from 3 January.
