Roll Up, Roll Up – it’s competition time!

Closing Date: 26th March 2018

This year marks the 250th anniversary of the invention of circus as we know it today by Philip Astley, the man born in Newcastle-under-Lyme who is credited with drawing out the first circus ring and filling it with astonishing acts – creating a worldwide phenomenon.

To celebrate, we have a family ticket to give away to see the world premiere of NoFit State Circus’ LEXICON when it opens in Newcastle-under-Lyme this month.

To be in with a chance of winning, simply answer the following question:

Where was Philip Astley, inventor of circus, born?

  1. Stoke-on-Trent
  2. Lichfield
  3. Newcastle-under-Lyme

The winner will receive one Family Ticket (4 tickets) worth £54 to see LEXICON during performances between Wed 28 March – Sat 21 April. (The winner can select the performance they wish to attend, subject to sufficient time to arrange from date of notification of winning).

Closing Date 26 March 2018.
