Treat your family to a trip to the Unicorn
From 21st March to 10th May, the Unicorn Theatre brings a fresh retelling of Shakespeare's classic comedy A Midsummer Night’s Dream to their stage.
Desperate to escape their unhappy fates, young lovers Demetrius, Lysander, Helena and Hermia flee Athens for the moonlit woods. There – along with a band of amateur actors – they fall under the spell of mischievous fairy Puck and tumble into a dream world where illusion and reality are hilariously confused. Created in collaboration with young people, this joyful new production is a feast of magic and mayhem for everyone aged 7 and above.
Another Easter treat at the Unicorn is Your Toys. Packed with music, belly laughs and plenty of surprises, Your Toys is a heartwarming story for children aged 5 - 9 years old. The show brims with their brilliant, inventive – and wonderfully bonkers – ideas. Don’t miss this anthem to the power of play that will send you home grinning from ear to ear.
