Bexley Eco Festival
On Saturday 5th September 2026, the Bexley Eco Fest Team are delighted to announce that their fourth event will be taking place at Lesnes Abbey and is sponsored by Cory.
The festival has grown over the years and at the last event, over 2000 people attended.
The majority of the activities are free to take part in. Be prepared to bring a picnic, invite friends and family and spend a day there!
There will be:
- Wellness Zone sessions which include yoga, t’ai chi, meditation, gong healing and a talk on mindfulness
- Kids Zone which will feature face painting, sports day races, craft stations, forest school and Drum and Dance workshops, plus mask making for a final parade at the end of the event
- Main Area - Chill out zone, community stalls, plant potting, cupcake decoration, bunting, Clothes Swap with TRAID
- Nature Zone (towards clearing) - free guided woodland and historic ruin walks, woodland quiz and litter picking challenge, willow weaving and woodland meditation classes, axe throwing and an Eco Quest
- A variety of stalls including Wasteless Market, Repair Café Zone, and Wiggly Wild Show
- Stage – Boppin Bunnies, Clediah Tree, The Kimberleys, Walk of the Dandelion and Clay and Chalkworkshops
