A day at the museum

With six weeks of summer holidays on the horizon, it’s a wonderful time to visit a museum with the kids. Supporting our museums will ensure we keep these not-for-profit, educational, and inspirational institutions around for years to come.

Experiences such as visiting a museum, gallery or site can be a meaningful and memorable low cost part of the summer holiday, and it’s a fact that people are happier with experiences rather than material purchases. You will be sure to have a great time and give your children a valuable introduction to culture.

Get the kids involved. Let them do some research and choose a museum, and maybe even prepare a picnic.
