The Dalby Forest parkrun is a free, fun event held every Saturday morning. Run a timed 5k course on a mixture of forest roads, gravel paths and wooden bridges in a beautiful forest setting. You don't have to be fast and furious, come along and join in at your own pace, and don't forget the after race coffee at the Cafe!
