FREE! The Dalby Forest parkrun is a free, fun event held every Saturday morning. Run a timed 5k course on a mixture of forest roads, gravel paths and wooden bridges in a beautiful forest setting. The event is organised by parkrun volunteers and is free to participate, but please register before your first run and don't forget to bring a printed copy of your barcode with you to record your time.
