They create opportunities for children to take part in musicals and perform in theatres in front of live audiences. At Stagecoach, your children can build confidence, explore their creativity, expand their imagination and make new friends.
Early Stages (4-6 years)
Young children develop confidence and lifelong skills at their fun and welcoming singing, dancing and drama classes. At Early Stages level, the performing arts education covers:
• singing skills such as pitch matching and singing with confidence and expression
• dancing skills such as basic dance steps and how to perform a dance sequence
• acting skills such as storytelling, role play and improvisation.
Main Stages (6-16 years)
Children and teens explore their creativity as they develop singing, dancing and drama skills in their engaging performing arts classes. The Main Stages level covers:
• singing skills such as singing in harmony and composing their own melody lines
• dancing skills such as building a dance sequence and technique, and devising choreography
• acting skills such as developing character and working with scripts, plots and the context of a story.
