Mantis Kickboxing are excited to announce the launch of a new family-friendly class, on Saturday mornings, starting in January.

Designed for parents and kids to train together, the class is suitable for everyone aged 7+ - from complete beginners to the experienced - and is a great way to spend quality time together.

Mantis Kickboxing also hold weekly kids’ after school classes and adult-only sessions - all led by qualified Black Belt instructors, at George Spencer Academy.
