Label Traders Rummage Sales
Us mum’s are always looking for ways to save some cash, especially on the run up to Christmas, so I thought I’d share a recent experience I had at one of the Label Traders Rummage Sales with you all… When my neighbour asked me if I’d been to a Rummage Sale, I had visions of a few tables in a village hall laden with other people’s cast offs – but that’s not what a Label Traders Rummage Sale is at all! They have eight sales a year, and they aren’t in the shop, but in the warehouse round the back. They sell off all end of lines, factory clearances, high street samples, plus nightwear, childrenswear, knitwear & underwear all at heavily discounted prices. I could hardly believe the bargains – there was nothing costing more than £8! I picked up some great Frozen PJ’s for my daughter for only £2, and a couple of bras for myself that were £3 each!
It was pretty busy though so I was glad I left the kids at home – in fact, they don’t let you take pushchairs in, which to be honest did make it easier for everyone to get around.
I’ve ‘liked’ Label Traders on Facebook so I will know when the next Rummage Sale is going to be, plus if you sign up to their VIP scheme, they’ll write to you in advance of each Sale they have and you can get up to 20% off in the shop over Rummage Sale weekends!
