Adopting a fun and creative approach to movement, Monkeytastix is an energy-packed, holistic programme that combines creativity, music and storytelling with basic training in flexibility, balance, strength, agility, co-ordination and body awareness.
Lessons run for 40 minutes and include warm-up to music, stretch and tone and working with specialised equipment, such as trampolines.

Golftastic
Children between 5 and 10 years old are introduced to golf in a new, fun and exciting way. Throughout the ten-week course children complete four 'bands' during which they are taught the skills, rules and etiquette of golf and after which they will be up to a standard deemed acceptable by golf clubs.

Rock Monkeys and Wall Stars – climbing courses
Developing fundamental movement skills through friendly games incorporating climbing. Each week children will assist in a team belay and have the opportunity to climb to the top of the wall.
Wall Stars continues the development of movement skills and introduces climbing techniques. The emphasis is on developing agility, balance and coordination - the fundamentals of climbing. When they are ready, children will learn how to belay by themselves.
