Christmas on Ice at Lee Valley White Water Centre
This winter Lee Valley White Water Centre are trading paddles for ice skates as they welcome back their Christmas event in December. The Christmas destination will run from 1 December to 6 January and will feature an ice rink, curling sheets, a Santa’s grotto and fun fair. Visitors can get into the Christmas spirit with a skate on the venue’s real ice rink, take a trip to visit Mr Claus in Santa’s Grotto, ride the tea cups at the traditional fun fair or pick up some stocking fillers and quirky gifts at the Christmas Market which will be open on 15 & 16 December. New for 2018, the venues ice rink will also feature four real ice curling sheets, for visitors to experience a taster of the winter Olympic sport.
