Featuring special guests, ‘The Winterbottoms’, Presenting the esteemed Major Wilfred Winterbottom, Lady Uphemia Winterbottom and their little urchin Baby Snowflake coming along to spread some festive cheer. The cavalcade procession will take place at 4.30pm, starting outside the Civic Centre. Also scheduled to appear will be a host of popular children’s TV characters. the Salvation Army Band, West Mon School Choir and Torfaen Youth Service.
