Every year, in a top secret location, the North East Sorting Office receives thousands of letters to Santa from children (and sometimes grown-ups!) from all across Tyne & Wear. It’s Remi’s job to get them sifted, stacked & Santa-ready before they zoom off to the North Pole. But that’s quite a big job for just one person. And Remi is in a bit of a muddle.
