These are just a few misconceptions about fostering. The truth is all you need is a spare room and a desire to make a difference to a child's life. Our foster carers are well rewarded with generous payments, and support and training is second to none.
Whether you have experience with children or not, you could have the right skills and personal qualities to make a good foster carer.
