Diagrama Foundation supports families across the South East through its not-for-profit Fostering service and voluntary Adoption agency, offering vulnerable children the stable, nurturing homes they deserve. Many of Diagrama’s foster carers and adopters are parents themselves, using their own experiences to make a lasting impact on another child’s life.
The charity provides comprehensive training, 24/7 support, and a dedicated social worker to guide carers and adopters every step of the way. Whether a family is busy or single, renting or owning a home, what matters most is the ability to offer warmth, patience and understanding.
For those with room in their hearts - and their homes - fostering or adoption can be one of life’s most rewarding decisions.
