If your child receives 30 hours free childcare please check to make sure you are still eligible by looking on your childcare service account at www.gov.uk/sign-in-childcareaccount.
You have until Tuesday 31 December 2019 to reconfi rm your eligibility to ensure your child continues to receive their 30 hours free childcare in January 2020.
