Parent's Paradise Wall of Inspiration Art Competition Winners Announced!
INSPIRED BY PLAY CENTRE - ART COMPETITION WINNERS ANNOUNCED!
Watford play centre, Parents Paradise and Aitchisons Estate Agents, are pleased to announce the winners of their Wall of Inspiration Art Competition!
Congratulations to PJ, aged six, our overall winner, picked by Linda Downes from Aitchisons Estate Agents. PJ’s picture and lovely poem were extremely touching, in particular, “The fish had so much fun at Parents Paradise, but they saw it made the girls and boys cry, so they tidied up and said goodbye, and the boys and girls went back inside!”. PJ has won a birthday party for 20 children at Parents Paradise!
Second and third places, winning free entry vouchers to the play centre, were Shaan aged seven and Molly-Ann also aged seven. The 3D effect of Shaan’s picture and go-kart were amazing, and the colours in Molly-Ann’s picture were beautiful, in particular the curly slide! Congratulations and well done!
Thank you to all the children that entered the competition. All your pictures were truly inspirational and all are on display for all to see at the play centre when it reopens on Tuesday 8th April.
Following the temporary closure of the centre in February due to severe flooding, the team at Parents Paradise received tremendous support from the local community and created a ‘Wall of Inspiration’ for all our customers to send in drawings of their happy times at the centre.
Aitchisons Estate Agents, specialists in the selling of properties in Watford, and the team at Parents Paradise launched an Art Competition with all pictures featuring on their ‘Wall of Inspiration’. The competition was open to children up to and including the age of nine, with prizes funded by Aitchisons.
