Join the Museum of Carpet this summer for its new ‘Journey to Japan’ exhibition and discover the ornamental beauty of Japan on your very own doorstep. The exhibition contains a stunning display of Funpon – Japanese ink paintings and Katagami –stencils for textiles from the 1800’s. Alongside this display the museum are running several Japanese inspired workshops, demonstrations and talks.
