Vikings, Normans and Medieval Knights will set up camp in the heart of Evesham to demonstrate how arms, armour, and life changed during the High-Medieval period (1066-1485) following the Norman Invasion, up to the Tudor dynasty. Each century will be represented in the Battle Arena and over 120 re-enactors will show how skills, crafts and medieval medicine during these 400 years developed into what we are familiar with today. Kids of all ages will be able to have a go at archery, axe throwing, and learn the art of sword fighting during the family fun weekend of medieval mayhem. Also over 130 stalls for you to browse. 10am - 5pm both days. Free entry.
