Join Herefordshire Wildlife Trust for their Annual Fritillary Day as staff take you on a guided walk across Lugg Meadow to see the rich array of wildflowers and in particular the nationally rare snake’s head fritillaries which grow on the Lugg meadow and find out more about the history and wildlife that make this nature reserve unique. Three walks will take place through the morning and each walk lasts for approximately 2 hours. The terrain is level grassland but if you have mobility issues please contact HWT in advance. It is advisable to arrive equipped with warm clothing and good footwear as the Lugg Meadow can be incredibly cold and windy at this time of year and there is no shelter.

Tickets: £7 per adult. Children up to 14 years old go free.
