European Championships Glasgow 2018

A new era in world sport will get underway between 2 – 12 August 2018 as Glasgow hosts an exciting new multi-sport event bringing together the existing European Championships for Aquatics, Cycling, Gymnastics, Rowing and Triathlon with a new Golf Team Championships.

Tickets for 84 thrilling sporting sessions start at just £10 for adults and £5 for under 16s and over 60s. A vibrant cultural programme, Festival 2018, will run alongside the sporting action.

The official mascot Bonnie the seal is travelling around Scotland meeting sports fans and young people between now and the Championships as excitement builds.

Learn to swim or improve your technique at William Young Swimming School

William Young specialise in offering swimming classes for children and adults on a one to one and two to one basis.

We work with both adults and children at all levels including nervous beginners and improvers who would like to perfect their technique and build stamina.

All teachers are highly qualified and accredited swimming teachers who have been through all appropriate disclosure checks. This year is the 10 year anniversary of the highly successful swim school.

William is also qualified to work with the disabled or clients with learning difficulties.

Glasgow Climbing Centre

Give the gift of a new skill this Christmas with a course at The Glasgow Climbing Centre.

They run a full range of holiday climbing activities for Kids, Families, Groups and Adults.
