Essex careers ambassadors inspire pupils to dream big

What could your child be when they grow up?

Across Essex, a new careers ambassadors campaign is helping pupils explore their future. People from a range of jobs share their stories to show what is possible.

The ambassadors include engineers, creatives and healthcare workers. They talk about what they do and how they got there. This helps pupils see that there are many paths into work.

From space missions to video games, their stories bring learning to life. Pupils can see how skills like creativity, problem solving and teamwork are used in real jobs.

The campaign helps children build confidence and think about their future. It shows that success looks different for everyone and that skills can be used in many ways.

Families and schools can explore the stories together and start conversations about future ambitions.
