Stick Man play trail opens at Weald Country Park

Following the success of the Gruffalo Trail at Thorndon Country Park, Essex Country Parks have announced the opening of the new Stick Man play trail at Weald Country Park on 24th October - just in time for half term! The trail, designed by leading natural play specialists Infinite Playgrounds, brings to life the popular Julia Donaldson story Stick Man. In the story, Stick Man has many adventures in his desire to return home to his family tree.

The trail has been designed to maintain the integrity of the historic parkland and its stunning views throughout. Essex Country Parks hope that the trail will help children and their families enjoy challenging and imaginative play.

The Stick Man play trail is free to use during park opening hours throughout the year. For more information visit www.visitparks.co.uk/places/weald-country-park
