Clowntown Primary Times Children's Choice Awards Review
Clowntown has been touring since 1977, and old school clowns Patty and Dandy take you on a gentle trip back to their fun imaginary hometown called “Clown Town” in Canada, and show you around via their catchy songs. “Clapping along to the holiday song was my favourite part” Madeleine (7). Their repertoire of songs (including live drums and keyboard) is interspersed with some magic, puppetry, audience participation and comedy.
If you are looking to entertain some of your littlest at the festival, this warm, colourful, kind-hearted, musical show will appeal to 0-7 year olds. They’ll have you on your feet. A CD of the songs in their show and more is available to buy after the show.
The venue has a convenient storage area for buggies, just ask at the desk for directions.
