There is a Wacky Windows Competition and a Childrens Colouring Competition that run all week with entries closing at 2:00pm on Saturday 5th July. Saturday 27th June International Day of Dance 11:30am-4:30pm at venues all around the Town Centre. Sunday 28th June Bakewell Pudding Race 11:00am. Blessing of the Wells 2:30pm. Treasure Hunt 6:00pm. Monday 29th June Raft Race practice session 6:30pm-8:00pm. Tuesday 30th June Children's Pet Competition 6:30pm. Wednesday 1st July Bakewell Carnival Grand Annual Duck Race 7:00pm. Thursday 2nd July Bakewell Carnival Raft Race 7:00pm. Jack Russell Races 8:00pm. Tug O' War Contest 8:30pm. Friday 3rd July Children's Sports - 6:30pm. Wheelbarrow and Wellies Race 7:25pm. Saturday 4th July Assembly of Carnival Procession and Judging 1:30pm. The Bakewell Carnival Procession - 3:00pm onwards. Sunday 5th July Outdoor United Churches Service - 11:30am.
