Stagecoach Performing Arts Carlisle and Cockermouth
Stagecoach Performing Arts Carlisle and Cockermouth provides high quality teaching in drama, dance and singing for children aged 4 – 18 years and encourages life skill development that supports school learning. Children are split into age appropriate classes and receive three, one-hour classes (90 minutes for 4 – 6 years) per week. Working alongside industry professionals, Stagecoach promotes creative risk taking, and nurtures transferrable skills to produce creative thinkers. We believe that the experience of performing gives children a sense of belonging, wellbeing and confidence.
We believe in helping to build a bright, confidence and enrich future for our students through the numerous opportunities that we offer. Our students can audition for ‘The Agency’ to kick-start their professional acting careers; start gaining UCAS points by taking London Academy of Music Dramatic Arts Acting examinations; join ‘The Lakes Choir’ who will be performing at the prestigious ‘Her Majesties Theatre’ in the West End; be entered for ‘Rock Schools’ accredited Performing Arts Awards in Musical Theatre!
