Libraries in Cornwall offer a wide range of services to families. Alongside, the physical locations, members can also access mobile libraries in certain areas as well as a wide range of online resources including electronic books, eAudiobooks, online newspapers and magazines, music resources, an online reference library, the Naxos Spoken Word Library and resources to learn a language online.
The individual libraries themselves often have a regular schedule of activities for all ages as well as ad-hoc events such as author visits and themed workshops.
New for 2026 is the Cornwall Libraries Loyalty Card, which rewards regular customers and welcomes new members to the service by entering regular users into exclusive prize draws
