Spring is in the air this Easter at Black Country Living Museum

Saturday 28 March – Sunday 12 April

Step into spring with a fun-filled family day out! Wander through our historic town as characters go about their daily tasks of spring cleaning and learn some old-fashioned tips and techniques along the way. Meet the Rag & Bone man, explore blooming gardens and charming shop displays, and enjoy hands-on activities from breadmaking to traditional laundry with a dolly tub and washboard.

Join in with Easter choir practice, play traditional street games, follow the family discovery trail, and learn the fascinating global story of chocolate. Treat yourself to seasonal favourites including hot cross buns and battered scotch eggs.

And of course, enjoy all the Museum’s much-loved highlights across 31 acres: Watch incredible live demonstrations and discover the Black Country’s rich industrial heritage. Taste the past with traditional menus in our historic food and drink outlets. Sit back and enjoy a silent movie starring comedy duo Laurel & Hardy at our Limelight Cinema, then finish the day with all the fun of the fair — including our new Clock Tower Helter Skelter.

What’s more, pay for one day and get 12 months of free return visits!*
A historically good day out for all this Easter!
