The festive season is just around the corner, and Derby LIVE has plenty in store to help you celebrate!
Kick off the season with the Christmas Lights Switch On, followed by a glide around the Cathedral Quarter Ice Rink at Cathedral Green, where toddlers can skate for free.
This year’s Festive Derby also includes the enchanting Festive Tipis, offering free entertainment, storytelling, and a cozy Nordic Bar. If you’re looking for family fun, head over to Markeaton Park for Family Festivities.
Of course, no festive season is complete without a pantomime! Derby’s spectacular production of Cinderella is sure to be a highlight, with Mina Anwar, star of Happy Valley and Thin Blue Line, taking on the role of the Fairy Godmother. She will be joined by Derby’s beloved, award-winning panto dame, Morgan Brind.
