Rhia’s favourite thing ever was hanging out with Grandma at the wild Jurassic Coast – playing games on the beach, finding funny creatures, and telling stories in her magical treehouse. So it all feels really weird now that Grandma’s gone.

But as Rhia prepares for Diwali, she discovers a mysterious riddle in a dusty case, setting Rhia and her friends off on a thrilling adventure to find something that’s been missing for a (very) long time…

Featuring vibrant original music, ancient Indian tales, and Quirk’s trademark sense of the ridiculous. A heartwarming show for all ages, celebrating friendship, nature, and the place we call home.

The Man Who Wanted To Be A Penguin - 1st December to 22nd January

This is the story of an extraordinary explorer, a curious conjurer and pioneering problem-solver. You’ll find him pottering in his shed; planning his latest mission. He is learning to speak Penguin and hopes that you will too!

When he arrives at the Antarctic will its icy wilderness meet his excited expectations? Will the penguins’ reception be frosty, or will the colony welcome him with open wings?!

With a playful energy and a mix of puppetry, music and song, this show will be a delightful celebration of wild creativity and the joy of individuality.

The comedy adventure bursting with slapstick, music and magic

A Christmas Carol - 5th December

On Christmas Eve, the most magical night of the year, the miserly Ebenezer Scrooge is whisked away on a journey into his past and future, accompanied by three ghosts determined to show him the true meaning of Christmas.

This winter, Charles Dickens’ infamous ghost story is brought alive in a traditional production, complete with period costume, song, and a musical score.

Jack’s back in 2021! And tickets are on sale now …

“A masterclass on how to deliver first class entertainment”, “it is all about the audience’s enjoyment” and “a magical experience” were just three of the comments received for Sleeping Beauty last Christmas.

Now Jack’s back to deliver another fabulous pantomime at the Palace Theatre, Paignton.  The same experienced production team will be on hand to guide Jack up the beanstalk to rescue the Princess from the scary giant with the help or hindrance of the usual pantomime characters both good and bad.
